FIRE AT SERIOUS FOODS QUICKLY EXTINGUISHED

 

 

At about 5 p.m. on Monday, June 6, the Livonia Fire Department responded to a fire that was called in as being at the Shoreless Acres General Store at 5006  East Lake Rd., Livonia near the State Boat Launch; however, the fire was at the associated restaurant next door, called Serious Foods.

There were no injuries, and the fire which was in or near the kitchen was quickly put out.  Lakeville, Livonia, and Hemlock responded, and East Avon was on standby.

The exact cause of the fire was not immediately determined.
