NYLON – New York State Police arrested an Ontario County man on April 16 for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a child under age 17 in Ontario County.
According to a press release from NYS Police, Daniel Brown, 29, of Farmington, was arrested for felony Rape in the Third Degree.
NYS Police said in their press release that Brown is listed as faculty of the Genesee Country Christian School in Geneseo, but that the complaining witness is not a student at Genesee Country Christian School and no inappropriate conduct is believed to have occurred at the school.
NYSP allege that the sexual contact occurred at an Ontario County residence in early 2016.
Brown is not listed on the NYS public registry of sex offenders.
Brown was arraigned before the Town of Farmington Court and committed to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
