RUSH — A new car dealership and auto repair shop is bringing honesty and customer service to the car business.
Mark Hasman, John Lombardo, and Ermin Ianacone Jr., are three childhood friends fulfilling their dream in building a respectable business that solves peoples automotive needs, with their new business Exit 11 Auto, Inc.
“When you work in a dealership you realize there is a lot good and bad parts that come with their standards,” said Lombardo, who is the General Manager. “We will be fair and not gouge you and hopefully take customers the right direction.”
The Auto store opened in August and is located at Exit 11 off of I-390 on West Henrietta Rd.
According to Lombardo the company will gradually add more inventory, they currently have about 20 quality used vehicles for sale. They are also quite proud of their in house technology used to service cars, especially German ones like Volkswagon and Audi.
“We want to have quality used vehicles for sale. We also want to build our reputation starting off on the right foot.” said Hasman.
The trio has brought in Hunter RoadForce balancer with SmartWeight to help prevent excessive tire wear, damage to suspension and steering parts, and unsafe steering and handling.
“We are looking forward to be a positive member of the community. The Rush Town Board was very positive in our bringing a new business to the community. We are excited about our future here.” said Lombardo.
