LIVINGSTON COUNTY – Assemblyman Joe Errigo announced the opening of his new satellite office in Hornell City Hall on Monday.
According to a press release from Errigo’s office, the new office on the third floor of the will open Feb. 22 and will be managed by Mike Palmesano. The office will be open on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
”Mike has been an invaluable member of my team and has consistently kept me aware of the concerns of our constituents and our district as a whole,” said Errigo. “Mike has served our community with pride for over five years in this role and his service has been indispensable as we continue to tackle the important issues facing our state. Mike, as well as my entire staff in the district and in Albany, will continue to provide our community with a robust channel of communication that will undoubtedly ensure our residents have a voice in state and local matters.”
The press release said that Palmesano, his wife Suzy and their family have lived in Hornell their entire lives and are devoted members of the community and the 133rd District. Mike is an active member of S.C.O.P.E., the Hornell YMCA and is well known for being the owner of vintage Corvettes used in parades and community events around town.
Prior to his retirement, Palmesano was a Project Manager with ABB Air Preheater in Wellsville with over 33 years of service. Mike was also a member of the Army Reserves, 98th Division for over 26 years where he served as Sergeant Major until his retirement.
