On July 25th, 2017 Judge Ark ruled on the CME project (formally the Conesus Inn). The Conesus Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) was by court order to render a decision whether to grant a Special Use Permit to allow the CME project to move forward. I observed all the ZBA Public Meetings/Public Hearings. I strongly believe that each individual ZBA member acted appropriately, respectfully, in good faith, honestly, and with what they believed was in the best interest for the Town of Conesus. I, as a Town of Conesus Resident and Town Board Member, respect each ZBA members vote. I believe to maintain a healthy and respectful relationship with all our Boards, it should be done through open, honest, and respectful communication, not expensive litigation (Article 78s).
