Dutch Hollow Robbery Suspect in Custody

AVON – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested the man they believe robbed the Dutch Hollow Market on Saturday.

Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty confirms that John Washburn is charged for the robbery.

Security footage showed the suspect pulled into the parking lot in a silver or gray four-door sedan, believed to be a KIA Optima, then entered the store and ‘threatened the clerk with the use of a firearm’ and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Shortly after the arrest, the Sheriff’s Office thanked the public over social media for their tips, efforts and patience.
