LIVINGSTON COUNTY – Forecasts can always change, but right now it looks like our most parched areas will be getting much-needed showers very soon.
Our news partner NEWS10NBC reports that there is a 70 percent chance of showers and thunder Tuesday night. Though it will take more than a few inches of rain to cure the region’s severe drought, local farmers have said that this would be much appreciated.
Wednesday is expected to have a 70 percent chance of rain. Hazy and muggy conditions are expected mainly in the morning.
Thursday is expected to have a 40 percent chance of rain as a thunderstorm rolls over the region.
The weekend is expected to have high chances of precipitation, with 70 percent Friday and 60 percent Saturday and Sunday.
Monday, the chance of rain should drop back down to 40 percent.
