The Livingston County Drug Task Force reports the arrest of an Ossian woman following an investigation into drug sales in the Town of Ossian.
Roxanne L. Pitcher, age 51, was arrested on August 18, 2020 by members of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office after a Superior Court warrant was issued for her arrest. The warrant, issued by the Livingston County Court, charged four (4) class D
felonies in reference to the drug sales. Pitcher was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the
fifth degree, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree.
The arrest culminated an investigation by the Livingston County Drug Task Force into the sale of Adderall in the Ossian area.
Pitcher was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention. She was arraigned on August 19, 2020 by Livingston Court Judge Kevin Van Allen in the Livingston County Court. Pitcher was then released on her own recognizance (ROR) in accordance with New York State bail reform and Deputies set her free on the felony charges. She was given a date to reappear.
