YORK – A car suddenly veered off the road Tuesday afternoon and took out a small road sign and the end of a guard rail.
Initial reports to first responders were that something was “not quite right” about the driver and that the airbag was deployed as a result of the impact.
First responders said on scene that the driver was not visibly injured, and walked himself to the ambulance to be checked over for injuries.
Though there was snow on the ground, there was not much snow actually falling at the time, and road conditions were not particularly icy.
