Nunda — According to a press release from the New York State Police Troop E Barracks a woman was arrested while allegedly driving without a front tire and being three times over the legal limit for drunk driving.
Over the weekend Troopers pulled over Roxanne Tallman, 56, who’s vehicle was missing the front passenger-side tire. Troopers then administered a field sobriety test in which she allegedly blew a .21 percent.
Tallman was charged with Felony DWI due to a prior conviction of DWI, drinking alcohol inside a motor vehicle and unsafe tire. She was arraigned in the town of Nunda court where she was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
Allegedly Tallman had an open bottle of Odesse Vodka which was located in the vehicle.
