LAKEVILLE —A Noyes Doctor that has dedicated his career to the care of Livingston County and Genesee Valley residents was recognized for his work at the North Shore Grill in Lakeville by Noyes Hospital.
According to a press release, Dr. Sohail Qureshi, of Noyes Health in Dansville since 1976 (Internal Medicine), was presented the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the sixth annual Noyes Health Physicians’ Appreciation Evening held May 14th at North Shore Grill in Lakeville. Over seventy physicians, employees, patients, friends and family turned out to honor the accomplishments and commitment to community of Dr. Qureshi.
Amy Pollard, Noyes Health CEO and President presented the crystal inscribed award to Dr. Qureshi with his family at his side, overlooking Conesus Lake on a beautiful spring evening. Dr. Qureshi was clear when he spoke of how proud he is to be part of a small hospital that is doing big things. He mentioned the most recent successes, the collaboration between Noyes Health and Strong/UR Medicine and the newly announced Ann and Carl Myers Cancer Center that is a partnership between Wilmot, Noyes Health and Jones Memorial Hospital that will be built in Dansville.
