Dansville Finishes Track Season at State Qualifiers

Eric Canfield broke Dansville School Record for Shotput at the State Qualfiers at Nazareth Qualifiers Thursday, Feb. 23.

He broke the record twice in the same night, his record throw was 46’7″, finishing fourth overall.

     Other track stats at the qualifiers  were 4×800 relay (Riley Nagle, Haley Beman, Brianne Hurlburt & Maggie Bacon) had a personal best time of 10:51 and finished 7th when they were seeded 12th. 

     Maggie Bacon ran the 1500m tying her personal best time and finishing 5 spots higher than her seed. 

     Brianne Hurlburt ran a tough double of the 1000m where she finished a place higher than she was seeded & the 600 m.
