DANSVILLE — Dasnville ArtWorks is hosting the seventh annual Chalk Walk and ArtsFest on Saturday Aug. 4 on Main Street in Dansville.
Local artists will be contributing to at least 101 feet of continuous sidewalk chalk art. Members of the community are also invited to register at either the Dansville Public Library or Dansville ArtWorks headquarters to add their own drawings tho the collection. Those who register before July 27 will receive free chalk.
The Chalk Walk is free and open to the public, and will take place from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Event will also feature a performance by Steel Alchemy from starting at 11 a.m. Additionally there will be workshops and demonstrations featuring different forms of artwork.
