“This is a great opportunity for the voters to see how the candidates handle tough questions on the stage of the Geneseo Riviera,” said Williams. “We’re proud to be trusted as the host of an event that will be remembered in our Livingston County judicial history books.”
Four years ago, the GeneseeSun.com hosted Livingston County’s first ever District Attorney debate with candidates Steve Sessler, Eric Schiener and Greg McCaffrey participating.
“I am looking forward to giving voters the opportunity to make an informed decision,” said Sciarrino. “As a career litigator, I look forward to showing Livingston County why I am the most experienced trial attorney, who is able to perform under stress and respond with tact and judgment. I am happy that the Genesee Sun offers this event and I hope those who are undecided come to the event.”
The event is free to the public and will be live streamed on the GeneseeSun.com.
“I want to thank Conrad and Josh for putting in the time and effort to create this important public dialogue,” said McCaffrey. “I look forward to November 3. For five months now my opponent has been misinforming voters. I think what it comes down to is accountability and experience. It is critical for the District Attorney to be accountable for their professional and personal decisions and to bring experience as a prosecutor to the table.”
