LIVONIA — The Livonia Bulldogs beat more than the rain tonight, taking a stunning double win on their senior night.
Both the men’s, and women’s teams defeated Pembroke, Cal-Mum, Kendall and Keshequa.

“This win was huge. It’s a lot of fun for the kids,” Head Coach Dave Crabb said post-race. “Our goal is to win Counties and Sectionals. These goals are keeping them driven.”
Aaron Faulkenberry was the first for the Bulldogs to cross the finish line in second place overall. He was followed by Connor Wilkins, Franz Leinders, Dean Damon, and Trevor Horan. The men finished 5, 7, 8,and 10 respectively.
For the women, Clarissa Hensler won the race overall for the Bulldogs, giving them an early low stick. MacKenzie Ferlica and Molly Stewart took places 3 and 4. Solidifying their victory was Laurence Leinders and Audrey Weber, finishing in places 6 and 7 respectively.
The Bulldogs will race again next Tuesday, October 14 at Hemlock Lake Park. The races will begin at 4:30 p.m.
