LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Geneseo man who was recently convicted of felony burglary admitted on Tuesday to violating his probation in numerous ways, including trying to submit someone else’s urine in a test to cover up multiple illegal drugs in his system.
Fernando Limardo, 26, admitted to taking Bupenorphine (Suboxone) and heroin while on probation for the burglary, and using someone else’s urine in an attempt to pass a drug test.

“Clearly you have violated the terms of your probation,” said Judge Robert Wiggins.
Limardo will be sentenced at a later date to two years in state prison for a Violation of Probation.
Limardo was convicted in May 2015 for stealing a firearm from a residence in Mount Morris and selling it in Rochester, and sentenced in May for Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree, a D felony.
