LIVINGSTON COUNTY— A Scottsville couple, charged with burglarizing an Avon residence in May while their child was in the car, appeared in Livingston County Court this week.
Antony Bragg, 29, and Kristy Turner, 29, were both charged with Burglary, Grand Larceny and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, due to the couple’s two children being present at the time of the allefed robberies.
Bragg, alongside his attorney Jeannie Michalski, waived his right to a grand jury indictment and pleaded guilty to Attempted Burglary in the second degree. Turner has also been offered the same plea, though her case has been adjourned until August.
Bragg will be sentenced on August 6th.
