County Residents Face Felonies for Geneseo Coke Possession

GENESEO – The Geneseo Police Department arrested a Hemlock resident and a Conesus resident for allegedly possessing over a gram of cocaine.

According to a press release from Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian, Xsavier Bailey, 24, of Hemlock, and Heather Dalh, 22, of Conesus, were charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.

On March 11, arresting officers allege that Bailey was speeding on Prospect Street in the Village of Geneseo.  An officer pulled the vehicle over and identified the driver as Bailey and the passenger as Dalh.

The officer discovered what they believe to be over one gram of cocaine in the vehicle. The officer charged Bailey with speeding and both Bailey and Dalh were arrested for possessing the drugs.

Geneseo Justice Thomas Bushnell arraigned both and ordered them held at the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
