LIVONIA – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an East Bethany man within one week for allegedly repeatedly violating an order of protection.
According to a press release from Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Raymond Radley, 50, was arrested again for felony Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.

Radley was previously arrested for violating the order of protection on Feb. 11, made bail and was released. On Feb. 17, the complainant reported another violation of the order, alleging that Radley had again contacted her by phone.
Sheriff’s Deputy Shawn Whitford responded to the caller’s residence in Livonia.
Deputy Whitford located Radley in East Bethany in Genesee County and placed him in custody. Radley was convicted of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree in the past ten years.
Radley was turned over to Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and arraignment.
Radley was arraigned on Feb. 18 in Livonia Town Court before Town Justice Robert Lemen, who remanded Radley to the Livingston County Jail on $3,500 cash or $7,000 bond.
