The criminal charges stem from what is believed to have been a domestic incident during which Green allegedly threw a chair through a window, striking a pregnant woman and a 6-year-old.
Geneseo Village Justice Thomas Bushnell arraigned Green and ordered him held at the Livingston County Jail on $4,000 cash or $8,000 bond.
