Cops Execute Felony Geneseo Sex Charge Warrant in Batavia

GENESEO – The Batavia Police Department helped the Geneseo Police Department take a former Geneseo resident into custody for a felony sex charge.

According to a press release from Geneseo Police Chief Eric Osganian, Ashlee Mistretta, 30, now a resident of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for felony Criminal Sexual Act in the Third Degree and misdemeanor Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

An incident is alleged to have occurred in January of this year on Meadow Drive, in the Highlands Apartment Complex involving sexual conduct with a male under age 17.

Geneseo Village Justice Thomas Bushnell arraigned Mistretta and ordered her held at the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
