The charges stem from an investigation into charges on a Community Bank debit card belonging to an elderly male victim. The elderly male victim passed away in January 2017 but the card was used at several locations after his death.

Investigator Gene Chichester of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division alleges that Demauro used the debit card at several locations.

Demauro was turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for processing and pre-arraignment detention.

Livonia Town Justice Margaret Graf-Linsner arraigned Demauro and ordered her held at the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

The Livingston County District Attorney’s Office recommended that bail be set in the amount of $2,500 cash and $5,000 bond.
