Cops Arrest Driver for DWI and Crossing Both Lanes of 390 Dansville

DANSVILLE – The New York State Police arrested an Endicott resident for allegedly driving drunk and driving out of control across both lanes of 390 in Dansville.

According to a press release from New York State Police, Cary Turner, 31, was arrested for misdemeanor DWI and several traffic tickets.

On Jan. 21, a Honda Accord was entering I-390 northbound onramp at Exit 5 when it struck a ramp guide rail, crossed both northbound lanes, and entered the median. Her vehicle then entered the southbound lanes and returned to the median, where it came to rest.

Turner was transported by ambulance to Noyes Memorial Hospital. An investigation alleges that Turner was intoxicated. She was taken into custody.

She was arraigned in North Dansville Town Court. The Justice remanded her to the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
