Unexpectedly on April 23, 2021 at age 22. Survived by his parents Luke and Kimberly (Edgar) Faulkenberry of Conesus; brother Aaron Faulkenberry (Brianna Herron); grandparents, Stephen and Marcia Faulkenberry of Conesus and Clair and Linda Edgar of Fairport; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also survived by the love of his life Madi Dorey, her caring family, and many dear friends.

Matthew’s Funeral Service will be held at 10am on Friday, April 30th, at Christ Community Church, 26 Center Street, Geneseo, NY 14454. Burial to follow at Arnold Cemetery, Conesus, NY.
