Line of Conexus Residents Waiting Over 90 Minutes To Vote
Many Conesus voters are complaining they were either unable to vote or had to wait in what they termed “unsafe” lines for 90 minutes or more. According to many of the voters who contacted the Genesee Sun social distancing was non-existent within the long lines.
To add to the voter discomfort yesterday’s temperature averaged in the 30- 40s with sometimes rain or snow to add to the voters overall misery.
One voter said she went several times in the day and found the wait well over an hour but was unable due to her job.
Another person who turned away from voting when he arrived at 8:30 pm and found the lines still snaked around the parking lot. Polls were expected to close by 9 pm.
