LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A drug-dealing associate of notorious quadruple felon Christopher Bricks pled guilty in county court on Tuesday as he admitted to multiple cocaine sales to undercover police in Dansville.
Michael Wallace, 39, pled guilty to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a B felony, which carries a determinate sentence of 2 to 12 years in prison.
According to the Department of Correctional Services, Wallace was out on parole for a Rape in the Third Degree conviction when Dansville Police raided the home of Dawn LaForce, 53, in the Village of Dansville in early December 2014. He also has a Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree conviction for which he did prison time from 2005 to 2008.
He was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree after multiple sales of cocaine to undercover police, and cocaine, cash, guns, baggies and scales were found with him, LaForce, and her son Joseph at the LaForce residence.
LaForce testified against Bricks, 29, at trial, and he was convicted of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, his fourth felony, and sentenced to 2 to 4 years in state prison. La Force is now facing her own set of drug charges in connection to both Bricks and Wallace.
Wallace is set to be sentenced in July.
