On March 3rd, 2023, John F. Minardo Jr., 52, of Cohocton was arrested by Troopers from SP Wayland who were dispatched to Avery Hollow Road in the town of Cohocton for a report of a trespass in progress.

Subsequently, State Police arrested arrested Minardo and charged him with Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, and Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree. All Class A Misdemeanors.
Minardo was transported to SP Wayland for processing, then taken to the Steuben County Jail for arraignment.
