Coast Professionals Inc. the Largest Recipient of County Business Loans

LIVINGSTON COUNTY — The Livingston County Economic Development Agency (EDA) has disclosed an update to their business loan program which says that Coast Professional Inc. is receiving 30 percent of the EDA’s total loans.

According to Julie Marshall, Economic Development Agency Director, as of Oct. 1, 2015 the program has issued 26 loans totaling over $1.5 million. Of those, 13 loans have been paid in full, 10 are in good standing and only three have been a loss due to bankruptcy charges.

Coast Professionals Inc., has the largest loan amount, with two loans of $241,772 and $250,000 which is approximately 30 percent of all funds lent by the Livingston County Economic Development Agency.

Half of the loans (13) that were issued by the Economic Development Agency have been paid in full and six of those were for $50,000 the largest individual loan amount that has been repaid.
