A member from the Astronomy Section of the Rochester Academy of Science will reintroduce you our night sky and explain it’s tantalizing mysteries and eternal beauty.
Weather dependent of course, you will likely be able to view our night sky by eye or through the use of a telescope, which will be provided and available for use.
The event is free, although there is a 50 person limit. If you plan to attend, please dress for the weather. There will also be hot cocoa and cookies provided to help keep you warm.
The Nature Center is located in Vitale Park just off Big Tree Road (Rte. 20A) in Lakeville at the north end of Conesus Lake.
