State Police K-9 unit Bobby, (again), assists troopers taking a subject into custody who has 7 outstanding warrants
On Saturday, May 21st, 2022, troopers from SP Bath identified a male walking along Lakoma Avenue in the village of Savona as Devin Twist. Patrols were aware Twist had several active warrants, including two bench warrants out of SP Bath. As the troopers approached, Twist fled on foot and patrols lost sight.
