Honeoye Raises Tax Levy by 11.8% The Town of Richmond (Honeoye) Town Board voted at their November meeting to increase the tax levy by 11.8%. The tax levy will generate about $111,000 dollars, and cost property owners an additional $34 annually in town taxes on a property worth $103,000.
