A Canandaigua Man, Zachary Constable, 27, was arrested Thursday, May 19, after loudly proclaiming in the lobby of the building that houses Ontario County Social Services, that he intended to burn the building down. The State Police in Williamson are currently looking for Jacob Will, age 27, who was last seen on May 17, 2022, at approximately 6:30 a.m. at his residence in the town of Ontario.
