Tye K. Cerone, 26, of Lima was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Livingston County Deputies and charged with Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child Less than 13, a Class A-II felony. No Paper Bags at Wal-Mart After Jan. 18
Walmart recently announced it will no longer provide paper bags to customers after Jan. 18. Wal-Mart has made paper bags available to customers for five cents each, or customers could use reuseable more-than-one use bags which Wal-Mart (and other vendors) sell. 12 Cars Stolen Saturday night At Gates Hertz Store
Police are investigating the theft of 12 cars from the Hertz store on Ajax Road in the Town of Gates overnight between Saturday, December 10 and 11. According to police, the chain link fence which enclosed the cars was cut by a group of individuals, as seen on video, and a Chevy Suburban on the lot was used to move some vehicles out of the way of the exit.
