Private Airplane Crash in Canandaigua Injures Pilot
An airplane crash on Tuesday, June 21, in a field off Yerkes Rd.and Brickyard R. Canandaigua, near the Canandaigua Airport, resulted in injury to the pilot who suffered serious, albeit not life threatening, injuries. The pilot was able to self-eject before the plane actually hit the wheatfield, demolishing the body of the plane.
