Owners should park their vehicles outside and away from structures and other vehicles until the recall has been remedied. Teen Drowns in Springwater Pond
An 18-year old man, Emmanuel Hershberger, drowned Thursday, June 1, shortly after 1:30 p.m., as he swam in a pond with his family. Family members said he was swimming with another family member, seemed to have some difficulty swimming, then went under water, and never resurfaced.
