Evan VanSkiver, 31, of Brockport and Adam Montes, 38, are both facing several charges after stealing a car, crashing into another car, and hitting a dumpster at an apartment complex on Sokol Drive in Attica after a police chase that went through 2 counties. Batavia Wal-Mart Evacuated Due to Gun Threat
The Batavia Wal-Mart was evacuated Saturday night, Feb. 4, when a customer told an employee he had a gun. Then he proceeded to open a locked electronics case, from which the thief took several Nintendo Switch Gaming Consoles.
