A notice of appeal of decisions made by Supreme Court Judge John Ark was filed by Carl Myers Enterprises in February 2021. The appeals were made asking for reversal of Judge Ark’s decisions on the Conesus Inn matter. Camp Stella Maris, on LivoniaS’ East Lake Rd. is making plans to reopen as a children’s summer camp in June 2021.
