Amish Farmer Killed in Tractor Rollover in Mount Morris
MOUNT MORRIS – An Amish farmer passed away on Monday as the result of an agricultural accident in which a tractor rolled over on Ridge Road. According to Chief Deputy Matthew Burgess, the male farmer is believed to be between the ages of 55 and 60 and was working on the tractor in a graveled area on the farm when it rolled over on top of him. UPDATE: 5:04 PM MOUNT MORRIS — A farmer in Mount Morris was killed in a farming accident this afternoon. Sheriff Thomas Dougherty confirmed the incident.
