On July 31, 2022 at 3:11 pm, Robert L. Taylor III, 35, of Phelps NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Bristol Street address on July 29th. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Taylor had struck a young child at the location and then physically held the child on the ground. Taylor was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On August 3, 2022 at 7:33 pm, Lukas B. Kelley, 34, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Strangulation in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Beeman Street address that had occurred on August 2nd. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Kelley had choked another person at that location to the point that they lost consciousness. Kelly was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On August 4, 2022 at 7:19 am, Russell Carlson, 44, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense, Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Perry Place address on July 29th. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Carlson had entered another person’s residence without their consent and refused to leave. Carlson also made several phone calls to the same person and made threats of physical harm. Carlson was arrested at the Ontario County Jail where he was currently being held on charges from a separate incident.
On August 4, 2022 at 4:22 pm, Casi M. Chamberlain, 35, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following the report of a theft of merchandise from an Eastern Blvd business. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Chamberlain attempted to leave the store with $437.80 in merchandise. Chamberlain was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On August 4, 2022 at 6:09 pm, Mark Gallagher, 50, of Canandaigua was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following the report of a disturbance at a North Main Street address on July 7th. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Gallagher had struck a young child at the location. Gallagher was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On August 7, 2022 at 4:20 pm, Chrystal Badmone, 50, of Canandaigua was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following the report of a disturbance at a Saltonstall Street address. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Badmone physically struck another person while the other person was holding a young child. Badmone was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On August 8, 2022 at 4:19 am, Shannon N. Hassinger, 38, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Foster Street address. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Hassinger had prevented another person from calling emergency services and from leaving a bedroom by holding them down with his hand around their neck. Hassinger was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On August 8, 2022 at 10:56 pm, Russell Carlson, 44, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense and Stalking in the Forth Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Perry Place address on August 2nd. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Carlson had showed up at the other person’s residence without their consent on three separate occasions in one day. Carlson also made several phone calls to the same person throughout the day as well. Carlson was arrested at the Ontario County Jail where he is currently being held on a separate incident.
