On June 4 2022, at 1:40 am, Christopher A. Rundt, 31, of Middlesex NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on West Gibson Street. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Rundt had been driving his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Rundt was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On June 4 2022, at 9:43 pm, Charles G. Reitz, 54, of Hemlock NY was arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree following the report of a domestic disturbance at Walgreen’s on Eastern Boulevard. During the investigation into the incident, Reitz made threats against responding officers. Reitz was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On June 5 2022, at 6:41 am, Rhonda M. Werner, 58, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Aggravated Family Offense following the report of a violation of an order of protection. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Werner had shown up at the place of employment of a person who had an active stay away order of protection in place. Werner was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court where she was later released.
On June 5 2022, at 12:23 pm, Luis A. Denobrega, 52, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Attempted Assault in the Third Degree following the report of a fight on Chapin Street. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Denobrega had struck another male several times during a physical altercation. Denobrega was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On June 6 2022, at 1:10 pm, Wilfredo Alejandro-Gonzalez, 64, of Farmington NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree and an Interlock Violation following a traffic stop for a speeding violation. Following the traffic stop it was determined that Alejandro-Gonzalez was operating his vehicle with a suspended license and did not have an interlock device installed in his vehicle as required. Alejandro-Gonzalez was issued an appearance ticket and is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.On June 8 2022, at 4:20 pm, Alex Bacon, 53, of Canandaigua NY was served a Criminal Summons for Harassment in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Bacon had doused another male in water on South Main Street. Bacon is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On June 8 2022, at 4:49 pm, Bradley Jerry, 37, of Rochester NY was arrested on an Arrest Warrant for failing to appear for arraignment on the charges of Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. The charges originated from a report of a larceny that had occurred an Eastern Blvd business on January 13, 2022. Jerry was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On June 9 2022, at 5:52 pm, Ashley Evans, 34, of Farmington NY was arrested for Petit Larceny following the report of stolen merchandise from an Eastern Blvd business. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Evans had attempted to leave the business without paying for approximately $680 in merchandise. Evans was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On June 13 2022, at 11:25 pm, Ralph R. Stanbrook, 29, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree following a traffic stop on North Street. Following the traffic stop it was determined that Stanbrook had been driving his vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Stanbrook was arrested and later released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On June 14 2022, at 3:38 pm, Rhonda Werner, 58, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree following the report of a violation of an order of protection. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Werner attempted to have a conversation with the protected party of a stay away order of protection in which she was the restricted party. Werner was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On June 15 2022, at 10:10 am, Caitlyn Fish, 25, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following the report of a child left unattended at a South Main Street address on 6/13/2022. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Fish had failed to adequately supervise a two year old child in her care after the child wandered into a South Main Street business alone and unattended. Fish was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On June 17 2022, at 11:02 am, Steven S. Marzovilla, 25, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree and Assault in the Third Degree following the report of a fight at a Clark Street address. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Marzovilla had trespassed on the property of his neighbor by jumping over a fence and in the process, pushed a child over before initiating a physical altercation with the neighbor at that address. Marzovilla was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
