On May 23, 2022 at 10:41 pm, Elaine A. Mulheron, 57, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Aggravated Family Offense following the report of a trespass complaint at a Chapin Street address. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Mulheron entered the residence of a subject who had an active stay away order of protection against her. Mulheron was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On May 26, 2022 at 5:45 pm, Harrison Hardy, 31, of Shortsville NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Clark Street address. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Hardy had engaged in altercation with a subject at that location who had an active stay away order of protection against him. Hardy was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On May 27, 2022 at 6:45 pm, Zachary Beagley, 35, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Strangulation in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Camelot Court address. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Beagley had grabbed another person by the neck and choked them on several occasions. Beagley was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
On May 28, 2022 at 8:41 pm, Corey Daniels, 18, of Canandaigua and Maccus Callon, 18, of Phelps were both served a criminal summons for Noise Disturbance that had occurred on May 4, 2022 at a Saltonstall Street address. It is alleged that Daniels and Callon were operating a mini bike causing a disturbance to residents in the area. Daniels and Callon are due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On May 28, 2022 at 10:11 pm, William Beeley Jr, 25, of Rochester NY was arrested on an arrest warrant for Grand Larceny in the Forth Degree. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Beeley had entered a Saltonstall Street home and stole several items. Beeley was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On May 28, 2022 at 1:04 pm, Richard Johnson, 70, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Exposure of a Person following the complaint of a hitchhiker on Eastern Boulevard. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Johnson displayed his genitals in public while urinating near the shoulder of Eastern Boulevard. Johnson was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On May 29, 2022 at 10:36 pm, Callum Outhouse, 18, of Canandaigua NY and Chloe Mansfield, 18, of Canandaigua NY were both charged with Possession of Alcohol Under the Age of 21. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Outhouse and Mansfield were in possession of several alcoholic beverages while in Baker Park. Outhouse was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On May 31, 2022 at 3:54 pm, Zachary Eddinger, 42, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on East Lake Road for a traffic violation which occurred on Lakeshore Drive. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Eddinger had been operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Eddinger was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On May 31, 2022 at 6:27 pm, Colletta Francese, 40, of Canandaigua NY was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident on West Avenue. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Francese had operated her vehicle in an intoxicated condition prior to striking a utility pole at the intersection of West Avenue and Thad Chapin Street. Francese was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
