On April 21 2023, at 10:43 am, Andrew Thomson, 57, of Fairport NY, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree following the report of a harassment at a South Main Street business on April 17, 2023. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Thomson had struck a female in the parking lot behind Rent-A-Center with his vehicle. Thomson was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Canandaigua Court at a later date. On April 23 2023, at 6:37 am, David E. Bradley, 43, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Saltonstall Street address. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Bradley had forcibly restrained a child and preventing the child from leaving his vehicle, even after being instructed by officer to let the child go. Bradley then attempted to flee from police on foot after he was advised he was being detained.  Due to Bradley having been convicted of a family offense in the proceeding five years, he was charged with Aggravated Family Offense. Following his arrest, Bradley was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
