On March 26 2023, at 7:43 pm, Justin P. Doyle, 31, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree following the report of threatening text messages at a Beeman Street address. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Doyle had threatened to damage the property of another person via text message. Doyle was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On March 30 2023, at 11:49 pm, Peter H. Bugbee, 60, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Pleasant Street address. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Bugbee had held another person down on the floor for an extended period of time. Bugbee was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On April 7 2023, at 6:43 pm, Frank Bovenzi Jr., 69, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct following the report of a motor vehicle accident on West Avenue. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Bovenzi was transported to the hospital following the accident and proceeded to shout profanity while in the emergency room. Bovenzi was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On April 13 2023, at 1:09 am, John T. Stahl, 33, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated following the report of hit and run crash in which the vehicle involved had struck a stop sign at the intersection of Chapin Street and Adelaide Avenue. Pursuant to the investigation, Stahl and his vehicle were located and he was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Following the arrest, it was discovered that Stahl had a previous conviction for DWI in the past 10 years. Stahl was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On April 15 2023, at 0422 am, Noah J. Stein, 18, of Sarasota FL, was arrested for Petit Larceny following the report of a theft at a West Avenue business. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Stein left the store after failing to pay for several alcoholic beverages. Stein was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On April 21 2023, at 12:05 am, Jarid J. Worboys, 34, of Spencerport NY, was arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without an Interlock Device following a traffic stop on State Route 332. Following the traffic stop, it was determined that Worboys had operated his vehicle in an intoxicated condition while also having a revoked driver’s license. Worboys further had a prior DWI conviction in the past 10 years and his vehicle did not have an ignition interlock device as required. Worboys was subsequently transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On April 21 2023, at 10:43 am, Andrew Thomson, 57, of Fairport NY, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree following the report of a harassment at a South Main Street business on April 17, 2023. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Thomson had struck a female in the parking lot behind Rent-A-Center with his vehicle. Thomson was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On April 23 2023, at 6:37 am, David E. Bradley, 43, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree following the report of a disturbance at a Saltonstall Street address. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Bradley had forcibly restrained a child and preventing the child from leaving his vehicle, even after being instructed by officer to let the child go. Bradley then attempted to flee from police on foot after he was advised he was being detained. Due to Bradley having been convicted of a family offense in the proceeding five years, he was charged with Aggravated Family Offense. Following his arrest, Bradley was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On April 25 2023, at 3:36 pm, Jonah P. Trautman, 38, of Geneva NY, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree, following a traffic stop on South Main Street. Following the traffic stop, it was determined that Trautman had operated his vehicle with a revoked driver’s license. Trautman was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On April 26 2023, at 11:44 am, Alfonzo Tlazola-Sanchez, 31, of Rochester NY, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree, following a traffic stop on South Main Street. Following the traffic stop, it was determined that Tlazola-Sanchez had operated his vehicle with a revoked driver’s license. Tlazola-Sanchez was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On April 26 2023, at 3:00 pm, Levi J. Vanella, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense following the report of disturbance at a Jefferson Avenue address on April 24, 2023. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Vanella had struck another person at that address during the disturbance, thereby causing physical injuries. Due to Vanella having been convicted of a family offense in the proceeding five years, he was charged with Aggravated Family Offense. In addition to the above charge, Vanella was charged with petit larceny as he is alleged to have stolen property from the same person on a previous date. Following his arrest, Vanella was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
