On December 26 2022, at 4:20 pm, Rhonda Werner, 58, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested on a warrant for Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree. An arrest warrant was issued for Werner following the report of a violation of an order of protection on November 10, 2022 at a Parrish Street address. Werner was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On December 30 2022, at 5:05 pm, Tonye J. Savage, 47, of Hall NY, was issued a criminal summons for Harassment in the Second Degree. It is alleged that Savage threw a bag of pretzels at another female during an altercation at an Eastern Blvd business on November 18 2022. Savage is due to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On December 31 2022, at 1:57 am, Curtice Davis, 32, of Geneva NY, was arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated following the report of a motor vehicle accident on Ontario Street. Pursuant to the investigation it was determined that Davis had had been driving his vehicle in an intoxicated condition and struck a utility pole. Davis was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On January 3 2023, at 5:59 am, George G. Villafane, 49, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree following a traffic stop on North Main Street. Following the traffic stop, it was determined that Villafane had had been driving his vehicle with a revoked license due to a previous DWI conviction. Villafane was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On January 4 2023, at 12:10 am, James J. Shutter, 36, of Shortsville NY, was arrested on a bench warrant. A bench warrant for Shutter was issued after he failed to appear in Canandaigua City Court for a previous conviction of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Shutter was arraigned by CAP Court at the Ontario County Jail.
On January 4 2023, at 11:39 pm, Lisa M. Lee, 43, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Driving with a Suspended Registration following a traffic stop on South Main Street. Following the traffic stop it was determined that Lee’s vehicle registration was suspended for no insurance in effect. Lee was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On January 6 2023, at 11:15 pm, Conor J. Brown, 25, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree following a traffic stop on North Main Street. Following the traffic stop, it was determined that Brown had had been driving his vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Brown was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On January 7 2023, at 1:11 am, Joshua C. Fleig, 30, of Penn Yan NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree following a traffic stop on South Main Street. Following the traffic stop it was determined that Fleig had had been driving his vehicle in an intoxicated condition while his driver’s license was revoked for a previous DWI related offense. Fleig was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
On January 8 2023, at 1:57 am, Katia Shepard, 31, of Canandaigua NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following the report of a rollover crash on Niagara Street. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Shepard had had been driving her vehicle in an intoxicated condition when the crash occurred. Shepard was later released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On January 13 2023, at 1:58 am, Barbara K. Dixon, 63, of Farmington NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on North Main Street. Following the traffic stop, it was determined that Dixon had had been driving her vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Dixon was later released on an appearance ticket to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
