The City of Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of 40-year-old, Rachel L. Morgan of Canandaigua, New York. Morgan was arrested on October 6th, 2022 and charged with unlawful sale of cannabis.
It is alleged that Morgan did operate an unlicensed dispensary store in the City of Canandaigua and sold marijuana and concentrated cannabis out of the business. Morgan was charged and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Canandaigua City Court.
