LIVINGSTON COUNTY – A Caledonia woman who is accused of seven Livingston County burglaries has been arrested for yet another alleged burglary that occurred in Bergen, Genesee County.
According to news partner 13WHAM, Nicole Green, 29, is now charged with an eighth count of Burglary in the Second Degree out of Bergen town court.
Investigators said Green went into the house, stole the jewelry and sold it at a pawn shop in Pittsford.
In Livingston County, Green was arrested by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on April 10, 2015 for allegedly entering unlocked homes since the beginning of March and stealing jewelry and money.
She was on parole when this arrest was made. According to the NYS Department of Corrections, Green spent just over one year at Albion Correctional Facility for Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree, and her post-release supervision has a maximum expiration date of June 2016.
Green is currently held at the Livingston County jail on $30,000 cash bail.
