“One critical reason that our firm, C. P. Ward, Inc. has been able to survive for over one hundred years goes back to one of Conrad. P. Ward’s basic business philosophies: that when our customer asked if the firm could help them with a chore, Mr. Ward’s immediate reaction was, ‘yeah, we can do that,’ stated Dick Ash, Chairman of C. P. Ward, Inc.,”It’s comforting to know that this philosophy continues today. If you’ve ever asked a firm for help and they responded with ‘no, we can’t help you,’ you rarely go back to that company. It’s nice to know that others are following that practice.”
