Buffalo Bills and Cam Newton A Great Fit?

Popular website, “FANSIDED” proposed that “Cam Newton is the perfect fit” as the Bills’ backup quarterback.

Their arguments are considerable.  He will come relatively cheap, a clear upgrade over the current back-up, and a long relationships with both the Bill’s Coach and GM.

Mr. Newtown, 31 was recently released after his nine-year run with the Carolina Panthers where he once lead them to the Super Bowl.

According to many sports experts the once top rated quarterback is a clear class above the current backup,  Matt Barkley.

In addition, both general manager Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott spent six years with Mr. Newton at the Panther team.

Some of the readers disagreed with the premise with comments that Mr. Newton would overshadow Buffalo’s current QB, Josh Allen.  They believed the young quarterback’s growth could be impaired with Newton’s presence.
