LIVINGSTON COUNTY — A Bath man was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation by Livingston County Sheriff Deputies who discovered he had 36 suspensions on his driving record.
According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Ryan Wood, 39, was pulled over and his license was ‘suspended or revoked a total of 36 times and 30 of those came on 11 different dates.’
Wood, who is from Bath, was pulled over by LivingstonCounty Sheriff Deputy Mike Wade on Rte. 390 and arrested and charged with felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree, Unlicensed Operator, and the original traffic violation.
Avon Town court Judge Jeannie Michalski arraigned Wood where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
