BOYS BASKETBALL: Livonia Defeats Wellsville at HF-L Tournament

HONEOYE FALLS — The Livonia Bulldogs defeated the Wellsville Lions 62-52 at the Honeoye Falls Tournament.

Devante Gwyn was the game MVP and scored 13 of his 15 points in the second half.

“We weren’t the best from the line tonight, but we nailed them down when we needed them most,” stated Matt Young, Livonia Coach. “We have to become a better free throw shooting team, and we will.  It was a good win tonight against a very physical team.”

Barrett Lowe added 17 points and 8 rebounds and Reid VanScoter dropped in 14 points.
