LEICESTER – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office arrested a young man for allegedly pinning his girlfriend between his vehicle and a parked car during an argument at the 7-Eleven on Main Street.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, Brandon Johnson, 21, was arrested for misdemeanor Assault in the Third Degree, misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree, Unlicensed Operator, which is an infraction, and Unsafe Backing, which is a violation.
On Oct. 19, Johnson was allegedly in an argument with his girlfriend inside a vehicle when she tried to grab property from the passenger’s seat.
Deputies allege that Johnson reversed the vehicle and pinned his girlfriend between his vehicle and a parked vehicle.
She suffered minor injuries.
Deputy Michael Williams handled the accident investigation.
A local Justice arraigned Johnson and ordered him held at the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
